Knee exercises

You can do these knee exercises after a knee injury or knee surgery. They are suitable for after anterior cruciate ligament surgery, knee replacement, meniscus etc. Always consult with your physical therapist if these knee exercises are suitable.

8-12 times 1 set of 20-30 repetitions.

Bend and stretch

6-8 times 1 set of 10-20 repetitions.

Passive bending

3-5 times 3 set of 15 repetitions.

Tightening quads

8-12 times 1 set of 20-30 repetitions.

Extended lifting

3-5 times 1-5 minutes 5 sec Left/Right

active bending

3-5 times 3 set of 15 repetitions.

Heel slides

6-8 times 1 set of 5-15 reps.

Extended lifting

3-5 times 3 set of 15 repetitions.
