Specialist Hylke Hopmans

Hylke Hopmans is sinds 2009 werkzaam als (sport)fysiotherapeut en gespecialiseerd in de voorste kruisband revalidatie. In de jaren van zijn opleiding is de voorliefde voor de knie al ontstaan, onder andere in het OLVG bij Cor van der Hart. 

Na zijn specialisatie sport, ligt de volledige focus op de complexere sport orthopedische klachten in de knie aangevuld met enkel en heup. Het uiteindelijk doel is om iedere cliënt weer zo hoog mogelijk te kunnen laten sport. Een optimale samenwerking met de cliënt is hiervoor van groot belang om tot het gewenste succes te komen. Zeker bij de post-operatieve clienten waar full commitment in de eerste fase voor een groot deel bepalend is voor de uitkomst van het totale revalidatieproces. 

Naast zijn werkzaamheden in de eerstelijns praktijk als sportfysiotherapeut is ook ook verbonden aan de kniepoli in het OLVG ziekenhuis te Amsterdam.
